Yet, my art scrolls are so much more than that. My art scolls are talismans-objects imbued with energy in order to radiate that energy in continuium. 
By holding a focus and then taking action on that focus while working on the object, every drawn line, every brush stroke, every paint splatter, records my held focus into the scroll to radiate a sense of alignment with that thought to those in the presence of that scroll. It is a way to re union with Creation and the Creator, it is religious in a literal sence.
